Our work

Our work

What we build, and why it works.

We take recurring operational work off firms' plates and run it: guaranteed, monitored, signed off by a person before anything leaves. These pages show that work in the open: what each engagement looks like, how it runs hour by hour, and what it costs to keep doing by hand.

Two layers, three examples

Everything we deliver stands on the same infrastructure: the automation layer, built in the first engagement, with the schedule, the log, and the approval gate that every workflow after it reuses. As automations accumulate, the data they run on gets reconciled and verified piece by piece, and that accumulates into a second thing: an intelligence layer, one correct picture of the firm that people and their tools can rely on without re-checking it.

The three examples after the layers are drawn from our conversations across the industries we work in. They are not a menu, and the workflow we take over for you may fit none of them. They are here to show the kind of work we can do, in enough detail to be judged.

How to read these pages

Every run shown is illustrative, and labelled as such: we do not publish client data, and we name no one without written permission. Where a page cites productivity research, the sources are linked. Where it shows time costs, the assumptions are stated so you can replace them with your own.

Show us how yours runs today.

Twenty minutes, and you get back a timed run of your own workflow, like the ones here: your systems, your chase list, your sign-off gate, and a price. Keep it either way.
