Operated automation

We take expensive, recurring operational workflows off your team's plate and run them.

If it doesn't meet the standard we agreed, you don't pay. Easy.

You buy outcomes, not software. Nothing to install, learn, or maintain.

01

The problem

One example, seen everywhere

Businesses run on coordination.

People chased by email. Documents arriving as PDFs. Reporting cycles that eat days every month. Data re-keyed between systems. This work fragments across tools, inboxes, and individual laptops, and it grows with the business.

Software hasn't fixed it, because every new tool adds onboarding, another seam, and a flow the team must adapt to. The work stays manual because no product knows how your firm actually operates.

Coordination is just one version. Every firm has its own expensive, recurring grind: the shape changes, the cost doesn't.

02

What we do

We are the team that does the work, using automation machinery we build and operate ourselves.

Pick the workflow that hurts most and we take it over entirely. It runs on schedule, monitored around the clock, every action logged and auditable, exceptions escalated to a human.

  • 01The monthly reporting cycle
  • 02Chasing people for documents
  • 03Compliance packs
  • 04Invoice processing

Your team keeps the judgment calls. We absorb the grind.

03

How we work

  1. 01

    One workflow first

We start with the single workflow that hurts most, live within weeks. More follow as trust builds.

  2. 02

    Your data stays yours

Your data stays in your systems. Every action is logged. Anything leaving the firm passes a human approval gate.

  3. 03

    Priced to the workflow

No two firms run the same way, so nothing here is off the shelf. We scope the work we are taking over, price that, and start there.

  4. 04

    Guaranteed

The service is guaranteed: it works, or you don't pay for that month.

The in-house comparison

Hiring one AI engineer to do this costs about £75,000 a year.

That is the going London salary, before employer National Insurance, pension, recruitment fees, equipment, or the management time to keep them productive. You get the work without the headcount: scoped to the workflow, priced to it, and guaranteed.

One conversation to find the first workflow.

04

Where this goes

We meet a firm where it is and grow the layer workflow by workflow, until the operation runs on infrastructure that is monitored, documented, and independent of any one person's laptop. Over time that compounds into a genuinely AI-native business, with people spending their time on judgment and relationships instead of chasing and assembling.

We start as an operations partner and end as the operating layer.

Questions

What happens when something breaks?
It is our problem, not yours. The workflow is monitored around the clock, and when something fails or hits a case it does not recognise, it stops and escalates to a person here rather than guessing. You hear from us with the exception and what we did about it, and you are not left to discover it at month end.
Who owns the data, and where does it live?
You own it, and it stays in your systems. We work inside the tools you already use rather than copying your data somewhere new. Every action is logged and auditable, and anything leaving the firm passes a human approval gate before it goes.
What if we want to bring it back in-house later?
Then you should be able to, and that is the point of documenting it. The workflow is written down, the logs are yours, and the process is not locked inside one person's head or one person's laptop. We would rather be kept because the work is good than because leaving is painful.
How do you price it?
To the workflow. We scope what we are taking over, price that, and start there, so there is no standard rate card and not every engagement is a monthly retainer. The service is guaranteed either way: if it does not meet the standard we agreed, you do not pay for it.
How long until it is running?
Weeks, not quarters. We start with the single workflow that costs you most, get it live, and only take on more once it has earned the trust.
Do we need to install anything or train the team?
No. You buy the outcome, not software. There is nothing for your team to log into, learn, or maintain, and they keep the judgment calls that actually need a person.
